SETTING UP IS SIMPLE !
There are 3 ways to send information to us:
By toll free fax (available 24 hours), e-mail or simply by the good old mail.

What we will need from you:

- Patient Information Sheet

- Both sides of the patients' insurance card(s)

- Daily superbill.

- Explanation of Benefits from insurance carriers

The checks will still come to you, you will just fax us a copy of your EOB (Statement received with checks) and we will post them to give you monthly reports.

We follow up on all claims submitted, file appeal letters, send patient statements as well as several other personalized services at absolutely no additional charge.
